Let's established some rules and security for our data sharing system.
For users
1. Informed consent:
Users must provide in the app explicit, informed consent before participating in CAURIS's data sharing program.
Users should read and understand how their data will be collected, used, and the rewards structure.
2. Voluntary participation:
User participation in the data sharing program is entirely voluntary. They should not be automatically enrolled.
3. Opt-in model:
The user can choose to opt in or out of the data sharing program at any time.
Users can select their preferred level of data sharing (Basic, Behavioral Insights, Transactional) and update their preferences as needed.
4. Fair compensation:
A fair compensation in UNY token is allocated for sharing the data. Compensation is based on the level of data shared and its value to companies. The calculation is made according to the formula in "sharing calculation" section.
5. Data usage restrictions:
Partners accessing hybrid data base must adhere to strict usage guidelines.
6. Review and update:
The user should periodically review and update his/her data sharing preferences based on their comfort level.
7. Ethical considerations:
Users must consider the ethical implications of data sharing and ensure it aligns with their values and ethical standards.
8. Non-discrimination:
Participating in the data sharing program should not result in discrimination or adverse treatment.
9. Responsible sharing:
The members should share only accurate and truthful data. They should not provide false information.
10. Credentials protection:
Login, credentials and personal information associated with the CAURIS account must be well protected.
11. Program withdrawal:
Participants can withdraw their data sharing consent at any time. This action will stop data sharing and earnings.
12. Data sharing education:
It is the responsability of the user to educate his/her self about data sharing practices and their implications. Make informed decisions.
These rules and conditions are designed to empower the users, protect their privacy, and ensure that their participation in the data sharing program is based on informed consent and ethical considerations.
For partners (Data consumer)
Here are the rules and conditions partners must respect:
1. Purpose limitation:
Partners must specify the intended purpose for which they will use the shared data.
2. Data security measures:
Partners are responsible for implementing robust data security measures to protect shared data.
3. Non-discrimination:
Partners should not use shared data to discriminate against users or engage in unfair practices.
4. Compliance with privacy laws:
Partners must adhere to all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Failure to comply may result in legal consequences.
5. Transparent data practices:
Partners should be transparent about how shared data will be used and processed.
6. Data access control:
Partners should implement access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access shared data.
7. Data minimization:
Partners should only request and use data that is necessary for the stated purpose.
Unnecessary data should not be collected.
8. Reporting and auditing:
Partners may be subject to audits to ensure compliance with data usage agreements.
They should be prepared to provide records and reports upon request.
9. Non-transferability:
The access to the shared hybrid data base cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties.
10. Penalties for misuse:
Misuse of shared data, breaches of privacy, or violations of data usage agreements may result in penalties or termination of the data access.
11. Education and training:
Partners should educate their personnel about data privacy and security practices.
Personnel should be trained to handle shared data responsibly.
12. Collaboration with CAURIS:
Partners should collaborate with Servichain to address user concerns, queries, and data-related issues.
13. Data anonymization:
Where possible, partners should work with anonymized or pseudonymized data to protect user privacy.
Unavoidable conditions to access the hybrid data base (mandatory conditions).
Be a legal and registered entity.
The entity should have never commit any financial crime the past 10 years.
Specify the intended purpose for which the data will be used.
Be able to deposit at least 1 million UNY (1 000 000 UNY) tokens.
Pay pool fee.
These rules and conditions are designed to ensure responsible and ethical data sharing practices in the data sharing program. They aim to protect user privacy, maintain data security, and foster trust in the program.
