# UNY Distribution

Allocation, cliff and vesting

**Allocation**

The total supply for $UNY is calculated as the sum of total supply on the blockchain. It is interesting to note that *all* $UNY tokens (2.6 billion) would be pre-mined prior to public sale.

Total token suplly wil be distributed within 4 years, roughly 48 months. The distribution is managed by smart contracts built on the blockchain and the last receiver is the founder while the first receivers are the investors and the community.
